We may not be able to ship to all Regions in the listed Countries. Please refer to the list in advance.
Additionally if the country is listed as having "Order tracking" you can track the delivery of product(s) after entering the country.

Shipping rates

Shipping fee will depend on the weight of the product and the shipping Region. Please refer to the Country list above for the classifications of Regions.
The shipping fee for each Region is as follows.

Delivery days

Product shipping time will be affected by factors such as: weather or traffic conditions, holidays .
Customs has improved inspections to guard against terrorism in recent years, so it may take a few more days than normal.
If you have not received the product(s) after more than two weeks please contact your local post office.

Customs, etc.

Tariffs are taxes that are levied on imported goods to protect a countries industries. Tax rates and taxable items vary by country.
VAT and other taxes vary by Country.
The duty varies with the amount of products, the material of products, and the delivery country. It also depends on the discretion of the customs personnel. It is hard to predict the exact delivery time .
Please note that if the delivery country has tariffs you must pay it directly to the postman when you receive the products.
Some Countries that have tariffs will temporarily detain products in customs. In this case after the payment of tariffs has been made the product(s) will be sent.
If the person who ordered the products(s) and the person who will receive them are different please mention this fact before receiving the product(s).

Payment methods

The table to the right is a comparison of payment methods and overseas shipping.
Payment of overseas shipping is in the right-hand column of the right table.
Basically you will pay using credit card. If you reside in Japan, you can also pay through a bank transfer.
If you have will receive within Japan COD is also an accepted form of payment.

Consumption tax

Consumption tax will be applied only in Japan, in the case of International shipping consumption tax will not be accrued .
At Hoimi when the products are in the cart they will have been subject to tax (Because we cannot determine whether the shipping is domestic or overseas). However when the shipping address is confirmed the tax will be cleared.

Corruptions or missing products

For loss or damage that occurred during the delivery of the product the product price (excluding shipping) pursuant to the provisions of E packet is guaranteed.
But only when an investigator in your local post office examines and can confirm.
Depending on the Country this may take 1-2 months to check. Please be forewarned.
