The size list and notations used in Hoimi are as follow.

At Hoimi the dimensions of each item have been written in the manufacturer's catalog notation.
We recommend that you compare the dimensions with your T-shirts before buying.
For XXL size the print may be smaller than the sample image because of the relation between body size and the printable range.
There are also cases where the size notation on Hoimi and the size of the products tag are different depending on the type of body.
(ex: GS-GL size of 5.6oz Tshirts etc.)
Please note that a slight error could occur in the product dimensions and notations from the production lot.

At Hoimi the color of products is written in English as follows. For some colors please keep in mind that they may differ from the manufacturer's formal color name.

Please note that for body colors we are using the pictures provided by the manufacturer. However it will largely depend on your monitors brightness and settings. Some color differences may occur between the products and images.
Ounces (oz)
Depending on the body type there may be no different oz. T-shirt body.
Ounce is a unit of weight (1oz = about 28g). Generally as the oz. becomes higher the fabric of the body becomes thicker.
Member registration
At Hoimi we do not take any fees for member registration and all services are available immediately after completing registration.
When buying off of Hoimi you must be registered as a member, please go to the "New Member registration" from

Personal information entered during registration will be handled properly according to our privacy policy.

If you cannot complete the member registration
In this case you may have entered information incorrectly. Please check the errors displayed in red lettering.
Please note that you cannot complete multiple registrations of the same email address.

When you cannot log in
We think that you may have entered the password or ID incorrectly, or that your member registration was not completed.
If you cannot log in despite having already registered, the input ID or password may not be correct. Please refer to "When you forget the password".

If you register twice
There is no problem with the same customer registering again, but you will need a different email address for the second registration.
Changes of registered information
Any changes to your registration information can be made from "Change of customer information" in the
User page

You can change the registration data (email address, password, etc.).
Also you can remove and fix the "Registered address" that you have registered for previous purchases.
Bookmark function
You can Bookmark up to 80 products. You will be able to see them from the bottom menu "Bookmarked items".
To Bookmark please click on the button (shown on the right) in the Product detail page or category page, etc.
Change or deletion of Bookmarked products can be done in the "
My page
".
Also Bookmarks have been linked with Hoimi Mobile for mobile phones. In your spare time Bookmark your favorite items on your mobile and after you've gone home you can buy them on your PC.

Browser environment
At Hoimi for customer's comfortable shopping environment we use asynchronous communication (AJAX) on the server.
Therefore in order to shop correctly please be sure to enable CSS and JavaScript.
Also in some places we use the "Cookie" feature. Please enable this in your browser's "Cookie settings".
Confirmation of order Status
After completing your order you can check your order contents at the
User page
.
If the status of the order is "Order accepted" you can change the contents of the order.
If the status of the order becomes "Confirmed order" you cannot change the order.
Canceling or modifying products
At the
user page
if the status of your order is "Order accepted" you can change the product size, color, or cancel the order.
If the status of the order becomes "Confirmed order", you cannot change the order.
The timing of the order status change will vary due to congestion, order date, or payment method.
After the status becomes "Confirmed order" we cannot accept cancellation or changes to your order.
Errors
If an error message is displayed in the process of purchasing or browsing products, the data may not have been processed. Please access this site again after closing the browser.

Additional orders
Combining multiple orders after order completion cannot be performed.
Before completing your order please be sure to check the order carefully.
Wholesale
In principle Hoimi does not do wholesale requests.
If you received permission from the designer in advance to be sold at your stores, it may be possible. However wholesale discount prices are not supported.
Furthermore, the unauthorized resale of Hoimi products is strictly prohibited.
Payment methods
Payment options on Hoimi are "Credit card", "COD", "bank transfer", and "Deferred payment".
About credit card payment
The following cards can be used on this site.
(VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMERICAN EXPRESS / Diners Club)
Credit card payments on this site are made through the payment system of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.
Credit cards other than the name of the person in question cannot be used. We accept only one-time payment.
The settlement date varies depending on the closing date of your credit card and the contract details, so please check with your credit card company.
Please note that due to the nature of payment, it cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed.
For inquiries regarding payment by credit card, please contact your credit card company.
COD
You must pay when you receive the product(s) from the carrying company.
Separately it costs
660 JPY as a cash on delivery commission.
* Shipping outside of Japan is not available.
* In some areas COD is not available. We may ask those that are in those areas to change to bank transfer later. Please be forewarned.
If your subtotal is 30,000 JPY or more you cannot use COD.
Bank Transfers
Please transfer it to our account after your order. Payment fee will be payable by the customer. After confirming the customer's payment we will send the product(s) to you.

Bank accounts have also been described in the order confirmation email.
After you order if there are no transfers within eight working days we may cancel the order.
If the names of the orders and bank transfers are different please provide the name of the bank transfer on the input field below.
Please note that if there is a shortage in the transfer amount, we will not be able to send the item until you pay the shortage amount, regardless of the amount.
In addition, we do not accept cancellations or refunds of orders due to shortages.
Similarly, we do not refund if you transfer more than the billed amount, so please be sure to check the total amount before making the transfer.
About deferred payment
GMO Postpay is a payment method where customers pay the amount after the product has been delivered to them. After the product is shipped, a payment slip will be sent separately, so please make the payment at a nearby convenience store, bank, or LINE Pay.
*In case of bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Also, the account number of the transfer destination will be different for each transaction, so please check the account number stated on the invoice.
Payment deadline: Please make the payment within 14 days from the invoice issuance date. The payment deadline is also stated on the invoice.
Postpay handling fee: 300 yen
Notes:
- If the user is a minor, please use the service with the consent of the legal guardian.
- There is a screening process when using the service. Depending on the screening result, you may not be able to use "GMO Postpay", so please change to another payment method in that case.
- "GMO Postpay" is a service provided by GMO Payment Service, Inc. We provide personal information to GMO Payment Service, Inc. within the scope of the service and assign the rights to receive payment.
- The usage limit for GMO Postpay is a cumulative total of 55,000 yen (tax included).
- If the delivery address of the product is a "shipping company hold", "post office hold", or a temporary stay such as "school", "hospital", or "hotel", GMO Postpay cannot be used. The product forwarding service cannot be used either.
*If the delivery address is your workplace, you can use the service by entering "workplace" after your address.
*If the delivery address for a gift is a temporary stay, you can use the service.
Changes of Payment
After completing your order you can change your payment method at the
User page
.
If the status of the order becomes "Confirmed order", you cannot change the payment method.
Also, please note that you cannot change the payment method after credit card payment due to the nature of the payment.
Issuing of receipts
If you pay by COD
You will receive from the shipping company an official receipt (Containing the name of our company).
If you need a receipt issued from us please send the receipt of the shipping company and the return Stamp to the address below.

When paying by bank transfer
Customers who pay by bank transfer who need a receipt please contact us before we ship the product(s). We will send you a receipt with the shipment.
If you want a receipt issued from us after shipping the product(s) you will need a return stamp (84 JPY).
Write the total amount, your name, your address, and order number with an enclosed stamp for returning please send to the address above.
If you pay through bank transfer the transfer certificate issued by financial institutions will be treated as the receipt. If the names of the bank transfer and the name on the receipt are different please note that the issuance of receipts is not allowed. Also for International Shipping receipts can not be issued.
When paying by credit card
The statement of use issued by the credit card company will be the official receipt under tax law.
If you need a receipt issued by us, please let us know before shipping the item. We will send you a receipt enclosed with the product.
The proviso will clearly state "as credit card payment".
Revenue stamps will not be attached even if the amount exceeds 50,000 yen. (Because it does not correspond to 1 document of Stamp Tax Law No. 17)
If you want to issue a receipt after shipping the item, you will need a Postage stamp for return (84 yen) when you return the item.
Please specify your address, name, order number, total amount, contact information, etc., enclose a Postage stamp for return, and send it to the above address.
When paying by deferred payment
The "transfer receipt" when you pay with the invoice issued by GMO Payment Service Inc., which provides deferred payment service, will be used as a substitute for the receipt. Please keep it in a safe place.
Please note that we do not issue receipts in the name of our company.
Delivery information
Hoimi's products are shipped by post office in Japan. Also Hoimi's products are shipped Internationally by E packet.
If you want to confirm the shipment status please check from "

For International shipping you may not be able to track the product(s) from your Country. For details, please see "

Stopping products at the Shipping Company's office is not accepted.
For information about changes of delivery address after we have shipped for some inquiries please directly contact the nearest post office (Domestic) or local post office (International).
Shipping and Handling
Excepting Okinawa Prefecture, and some other outlying areas we deliver products at a flat rate of
599 JPY.
The delivery fee to Okinawa Prefecture and some outlying areas is
4,000JPY.

Delivery days
If the shipment is in Japan the delivery will be 1-3 days after shipment.
Please refer to this Map to roughly see the approximate number of days after shipment that you will receive the product.

Delivery times
You can specify the arrival time you want (Domestic Shipping only). Hours available for selection are as follows.

Please note that the arrival time of the product(s) may be delayed depending on external circumstances such as traffic congestion.
We can only respond in Japan.

Customers who live in regions that cannot specify delivery times will have products delivered as "Not specified".
- If the delivery date will be on a Sunday or holiday
- Delivery to some remote islands and mountainous areas
Failure to receive product(s)
Time you can receive the products will be 14 days from the date of shipping.
If you are absent the shipping company will leave a notification. Please contact the shipping company and be sure to pick up the product(s).
If unreceived by the deadline once the products are returned to us.
Re-delivery of products will be borne by the customer.
If you cannot receive the products due to unavoidable circumstances please contact "
info@hoimi.jp" in advance.
* We may refuse to resend.
* Reshipment date cannot be specified.
Denying receipt of product(s) is a serious violation of the contract. Please be sure to pick up the product(s).
Please note that if you refuse receipt of COD products we may take measures that ban the use of the site and legislative measures against you.
Mail shipping
In addition to normal shipping we can also ship by Yamato Transport mail (Only in Japan).
We will be able to deliver in
350JPY uniformly to the Country of Japan including islands of Okinawa region.
The deliveryman will post it at your house so you can receive it even if you are absent.
It may take more time to deliver than usual. In addition there is no compensation in case of delivery problems. For more details when ordering please read "Important Notes on the mail".
The amount that fits in1 packing depends on the contents of your order.
Before using the product

Checking items on arrival
When you receive the product(s) please make sure that there are no defects.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if the product(s) are "Defective goods" or "The product ordered is different". Only then can we accept a return or send an exchange.
Used or washed products cannot be accepted, returned, or exchanged, even within seven days.

Product washing.
For printed products we recommend washing alone and not with other colored clothing before using the product(s). Please wash with a small amount of detergent if worn by children that have sensitive skin, please be warned.
Returns
The return of goods is possible only when goods are inferior or if a different product arrives.
Returns and exchanges for your convenience (unsuitable sizes, different from your image, and wrong orders etc.) are not accepted.
Some errors in dimensions or differences from the color image cannot be accepted as a return or exchange.
Also "Cooling off" is a system applied to door-to-door selling. Therefore Please note that this does not apply to Internet sales.
Defective products
If the products are inferior goods, or if a different product arrives we will replace it as soon as possible.
If we have no replacement products we will refund the products price. Also if the following is true, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges for your convenience (unsuitable sizes, different from your monitor, wrong orders etc.)
- Products that are older than seven days from arrival
- Products which are marked with dirt or scratched by you.
- Used products.
- If you've lost your order number and other order data.
- Washed products.
- If the returned products are different as compared to what was shipped from us (including accessories).

We will explain how to complete a return.
* We will check the poor portion of the returned product, and answer you by email.
* Inspection results show that the defect was not caused by Hoimi or if there are no defects at all, we will return the product(s) to you.
* If not promptly returned we may end the correspondence period.
About trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, etc.
Designs, brand names, etc. posted on this site are uploaded by each designer, and we do not guarantee ownership of their trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, etc.
