This is a list of frequently asked questions from customers and answers from Hoimi.
Before contacting us, please read this.

Please tell me how to register as a designer.

If you wish to participate as a Hoimi designer, first please register as a member . After, please apply from the application form . We do not charge any fees for designer registration.
We will request the images of your work, or for the URL of web sites that have your work.
First our staff will review your work. If we want you to participate as a designer on Hoimi we will send you an email.
Also if you wish to participate as a designer please read the designer Admissions (PDF) at the bottom of the " Hoimi " page.
We will not send an email if we didn't decide to make you on as a Hoimi designer.

How long does the designers examination take?

If you pass the examination we will send a registration confirmation email to you within 4-5 days.
We will not send an email if we didn't decide to make you a Hoimi designer.

If I Failed the examination can I apply again?

Of course! Please try again.
However if you send us the same work many times the result will be the same.

Can I register a design in common with other services?

There are no issues with registering designs that you sell through other sources.

Can I have more than one brand?

There are no issues with having multiple brands. But We will not allow you to create the same design on multiple brands.
On Hoimi one email address has one ID. An email address is required for each brand.

Do you have affiliate services?

Affiliate services are not supported currently.

Do you have an application for my blog?

Applications for blogs are not supported currently.

Can I register as a designer from overseas?

Of course, you can participate as a designer from overseas. However we need a Japanese bank account or a PayPal account to pay designer's rewards.

Can you answer my queries by phone?

Sorry, we will answer you by email.

About trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, etc.

Designs, brand names, etc. posted on this site are uploaded by each designer, and we do not guarantee ownership of their trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, etc.
For inquiries regarding design rights, please contact each designer directly. If you do not know the contact information, please contact us and we will contact the designer instead.
Please note that we cannot make judgments regarding copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or deal with the contents.
