1. Attention for purchase
Because all of DDD by Hoimi's product(s) are printed on demand, after receiving your order we will print your T-shirts. Please check the following points.

After you have received the product(s) that you ordered, we are afraid that we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
-
Even if we still haven't shipped but the printing is complete, we are afraid that we cannot accept order changes (design, size, and color).

If you would like to change your order you can do so at " My Page ". But after the order status is " Order Confirmed " we are afraid that we cannot accept exchanges.

2. Payment method
You can use the following payment methods on DDD by Hoimi.

Bank transfer
PayPay bank
Please transfer the order total to our account after ordering.
After confirming the customer's payment we will send the product(s) to you.
The payment fee will be payable by the customer.
The order will be canceled automatically if we do not receive payment after 8 days. -
Cash on Delivery
You must pay upon receipt of the product(s).
Separately, it costs 660JPY as a cash on delivery commission.
If your subtotal is over 30,000 JPY , you cannot use COD.
You cannot select COD if you want to receive shipping by mail.

3. Delivery fee
Normal shipping
Except for Okinawa Prefecture and some other outlying areas, we will deliver products at a flat rate of 700JPY. (The delivery fee to Okinawa Prefecture and some outlying areas is 4,000JPY).
Also, if you purchase 3 or more items , shipping is free.Mail shipping
We can deliver at a flat rate of 350JPY regardless of the region in Japan .
Apparel products (T-shirts etc. )You can order T-shirts ( 6.2oz T-shirts,Fraise etc. ) up to a total of 2 items .
Miscellaneous goods (iPhone case etc. )
Misc. goods can have a different number of items per package.
The maximum number of items per package currently is as follows.-
For 1 order we can deliver 2 apparel products or 1 package of Miscellaneous goods .
If the order content exceeds the above limit please choose normal shipping , or please separate the products into 2 orders. -
Please note that we cannot accept mixed orders of apparel products and misc. goods .

4. Delivery area
We can deliver products to more than 100 countries outside of Japan.
The delivery fee changes depending on the delivered region and the weight of the product(s). The delivery time changes depending on the region as well.
Please note that when you receive the product(s) duty may be added onto the product(s) cost. -
5. Specifying the arrival time
You can choose the arrival time you want from the list below (Only normal shipping in Japan).

・PM18:00-PM20:00
・PM19:00-PM21:00
・No specification
Customers who live in regions where the delivery time can't be specified have products delivered as " No specification ".
Shipping Please note that the arrival time cannot be specified.
We cannot accept the specification of the arrival date of our product(s) presently. Please understand beforehand. -
6. Wrapping services
If you wish to use the wrapping service there is an order limit for each wrapping.
Some types of wrapping services cannot be sent by mail.
Please note that wrapping that cannot be sent by mail will be sent through the normal shipping method. -
7. Others

At the final confirmation we will add the weight of the packaging material. Packaging materials vary depending on the items weight.

As a rule we ship product(s) in 10 business days or less . Please note that it may take longer depending on external circumstances.

If you would like to issue a receipt please read " Issuing of receipts " in the User's guide in advance.

After you have received the product(s), you cannot exchange the size and color because our products are made to order (Excepting product defects).
Please check the color and size before ordering. -
Denying the receipt of products is a serious violation of contract. Please be sure to pick up products.

▼Size notation
- K80 / Kids sizes 80cm
- K90 / Kids sizes 90cm
- K100 / Kids sizes 100cm
- K110 / Kids sizes 110cm
- K120 / Kids sizes 120cm
- K130 / Kids sizes 130cm
K stands for kids sizes. They are sized for children.
K80 and K90 are marked with a snap button to a portion of the shoulder.
- GS/ Girl sizes S (140)
- GM/ Girl sizes M (150)
- GL/ Girl sizes L (160)
G stands for girl sizes. They are smaller than men's size S.
Depending on the type of the item, We may treat the 140-160 size as Girls size.

In addition, please note that some size errors may occur due to the production lot.
For XXL size, the actual product print may be smaller than the product images, because the body size of XXL is larger than the printable area.
