1. Attention for purchase

Because all of DDD by Hoimi's product(s) are printed on demand, after receiving your order we will print your T-shirts. Please check the following points.

• After you have received the product(s) that you ordered, we are afraid that we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

• Even if we still haven't shipped but the printing is complete, we are afraid that we cannot accept order changes (design, size, and color).

• If you would like to change your order you can do so at " My Page ". But after the order status is " Order Confirmed " we are afraid that we cannot accept exchanges.

2. Payment method

You can use the following payment methods on DDD by Hoimi.

  Credit card payments on this site are made through the payment system of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.

  Credit cards other than the name of the person in question cannot be used. We accept only one-time payment.
  The settlement date varies depending on the closing date of your credit card and the contract details, so please check with your credit card company.
  Please note that due to the nature of payment, it cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed.
  For inquiries regarding payment by credit card, please contact your credit card company.

•   Bank transfer

  Please transfer the order total to our account after ordering.
  After confirming the customer's payment we will send the product(s) to you.
  The payment fee will be payable by the customer.
  The order will be canceled automatically if we do not receive payment after 8 days.

•   Cash on Delivery

  You must pay upon receipt of the product(s).
  Separately, it costs 660JPY as a cash on delivery commission.
  If your subtotal is over 30,000 JPY , you cannot use COD.
  You cannot select COD if you want to receive shipping by mail.

3. Delivery fee

Normal shipping

Except for Okinawa Prefecture and some other outlying areas, we will deliver products at a flat rate of 700JPY. (The delivery fee to Okinawa Prefecture and some outlying areas is 4,000JPY).
Also, if you purchase 3 or more items , shipping is free.

Mail shipping

We can deliver at a flat rate of 350JPY regardless of the region in Japan .

You can order T-shirts ( 6.2oz T-shirts,Fraise etc. ) up to a total of 2 items .

Misc. goods can have a different number of items per package.
The maximum number of items per package currently is as follows.

• For 1 order we can deliver 2 apparel products or 1 package of Miscellaneous goods .
  If the order content exceeds the above limit please choose normal shipping , or please separate the products into 2 orders.

• Please note that we cannot accept mixed orders of apparel products and misc. goods .
